Refunds are only available for the first service ordered by a new client. Subsequent orders, dedicated servers, domains, and addons are non-refundable.
To request a refund, please open a billing ticket within the 24-hour window explaining your reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without contacting us first will result in immediate termination of all your services and a permanent ban from our platform.
